Description

 

Open BIM MOVAIR is a free program that has been designed to create the BIM model of MOVAIR air ducts based on an architectural model located on the BIMserver.center platform. The graphical interface containsgreat detail of curves and reductions.

Open BIM MOVAIR generates a report containing the elements that have been provided and an "xml" file that can be used directly by MOVAIR to provide the elements of the installation.

 

Workspace

 

Users can choose whether to draw on a 2D plan or, more quickly, on the 3D interface. The products and elements are all from the MOVAIR catalog. The software is very easy to use.Data is introduced by drawing the ducts of the installation, beginning at the connection to the air conditioning set, then adding elements and accessories.

Open BIM workflow

"Open BIM MOVAIR" is integrated into the Open BIM workflow via the BIMserver.center platform. The program can currently perform the following exchange of information with the linked BIM project:

  • The information of the installation that has been designed in CYPEHVAC Ductwork to design the air conditioning ducts
